E-File An Extension For The Individual Tax Return Before The Deadline

The individual tax return deadline is Tuesday April, 15. If you know you need more time, ExpressExtension provides Form 4868 – Personal Tax Extension, to extend your time to file. Gather the personal data the IRS requires for you to file a tax extension Form 4868: your name, address, social security number. If you’re married and filing jointly, you’ll need the same information for your spouse. Make sure the information you have matches what the IRS has on record.
