Use a PIN for your Electronic Signature to E-File a Tax Extension

With ExpressExtension.com, you can quickly and easily E-File a Business Tax Extension using Form 7004, Personal Tax Extension using Form 4868 or Non Profit Tax Extension using Form 8868.

During the E-Filing process, you will come to a PIN Details screen, after you enter your IRS payment information.  You will be asked to enter any 5 digits as your PIN, which serves as your electronic signature when E-Filing with the IRS.  You will also need to enter your birthday.  You will also need to verify your account information with the IRS by using your prior year Adjusted Gross Income, prior year PIN or prior year Electronic Filing PIN.  This video walks you through the process.

If you have any questions about the E-Filing process of Tax Extensions, you can contact the Express Tax Support Center in Rock Hill, SC at 803-514-5155 between the hours of 8am – 6pm EST, Monday through Friday or email [email protected]
